Pacan Zechner is an independent business psychology advisory focused on high-stakes leadership and organisational decisions.

We support boards, founders, investors and organisations in critical leadership decisions, including executive appointments, succession, promotion and leadership transitions.

Founded by André David Pacan, a business psychologist specialising in leadership assessment and behavioural risk in contexts where capability and risk coexist.

The work focuses on evaluating leadership effectiveness, identifying behavioural risk, and assessing alignment with organisational context, providing clear, decision-relevant insight to support confident and defensible decisions.
